VILLAGE OF KENNARD PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES APRIL 30,2024 6:40 P.M. Location: Village of Kennard City Office Members Present: Kay Cook, Ron Kerstetter, Lance Ott, Matt Robinson, Chairman Zach Stangl The Open Meeting Act was presented by Cook Approval of April 30, Agenda Stangl motioned, Robinson second Approval of reading of minutes of Jan 23, 2024 Stangl motioned, Ott Second 1. Stangl reported no further updates on the T-Mobile Grant. The Planning Commission will no longer pursue the grant unless the BOT initiates further action. 2. The Planning Commission decided the Fence regulations regarding heights and placement are understandable as written. It is however imperative that those regulations be uniformly enforced. 3. Regarding the auditorium and parking lot, the Planning Commission feels that the upkeep should continue as it has been handled.The PC also suggests that the field adjacent to the auditorium be rocked to provide more off street parking for events held at the auditorium.
