LEGAL NOTICE The Blair Housing Authority has developed its 2025 5-Year Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. It is available for review at the Authority’s office located at 758 S 16th St, Blair, NE. The Authority’s hours of operation are Mon.-Thurs. 9 am-3 pm. The 30-day public comment period begins at 9 am September 1, 2024 and ends at 3 pm September 30, 2024. A public hearing will be held on October 15, 2024 at 5:15 pm at the Authority’s Office.
