NOTICE OF HEARING CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing before the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 7 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 218 South 16th Street, Blair, Nebraska 68008, to consider and possibly take action on a redevelopment plan entitled: "Redevelopment Plan for the Blair Crossing Redevelopment Project," for redevelopment pursuant to the Community Development Law, Nebraska Revised Statutes, sections 18-2101, et seq., within a portion of the blighted and substandard South Highway 30 Area, approximately located to the south of the intersection of US Hwy 30 and NE Hwy 133, in the City of Blair, Nebraska, legally described as: Blair Crossing Subdivision, Lots 1, 2 and Outlot A, being a replatting of part of Gutschow Plaza, together with Tax Lot 138 and part of Tax Lots 132 & 144, all in Section 23, Township 18 North, Range 11 East of the 6th P.M., Washington County, Nebraska. A map of the proposed redevelopment project site and a copy of the cost-benefit analysis for the proposed redevelopment project can be viewed at the office of the City Clerk at 218 South 16th Street, Blair, Nebraska 68008, telephone number 402-426-6694.
