Public hearings will be held, and recommendations made, on the following items: 1. A request for approval for a variance from a 50’ to 25’ requirement of the front property line setback. The request is for an accessory structure on property zoned A-1. The property is described as Valley View Estates Lot 5. General location: 11781 Cydney Ln, Blair, NE. The Board of Adjustment will also be discussing and possibly adopting the board by-laws. The public is invited to attend.
