PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the City of Blair Planning Commission on Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 218 South 16th Street, Blair, Nebraska. Public Hearings will be held and recommendations made on the following items: (1) Rezoning Application submitted by Highways 133 & 30, LLC, 1019 N. 190 St, Elkhorn, Nebraska, John Mabrey, principal, on Lots 4, 5 and Part of Lots 2, 3, Gutschow Plaza of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska (being all that part of Gutschow Plaza lying south of the East-West Quarter Line of 23-18-11) to change the zoning district from RM – Residential Medium Density to ACH – Agricultural/Highway Commercial.
