Ashley Chenoa Wentworth, age 38, of Blair passed away at her home on September 8, 2024. She is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Thompson of Louisville, KY, her loving and devoted boyfriend of many years, Michael McIntosh; her sister, Nancy, brother, Robert. Ashley was cremated. After her return to Kentucky her ashes will spread to her favorite places. Ashley is predeceased by her father, Robert Wentworth, Sr., maternal and paternal grandparents.
Funeral: Spending time with her loved ones took the place of formal services in Blair. Campbell-Aman Funeral Home provided much needed support and directed the crematory services.
